The Wisconsin State Firefighters Memorial, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring firefighters from around the State of Wisconsin and preserving the memory of firefighters who have died in the line of duty. This has been accomplished through the construction and maintenance of a Memorial Park in Wisconsin Rapids.
This support can come in many forms. We have chosen to list some of the ways that you can help support and take ownership in the Park.
The anticipated completed cost of the Visitor Center is approximately $350,000.00. Donations in any amount can be made payable to the WSFM, Inc. by cash, check, money-order or even by credit card payable online via our secure online donation form.
The WSFM also provides several sponsorship opportunities. Items available for sponsorship include:
Lamp-posts ($1500.00 which include a bronze dedication plaque)
Web-site design fee ($4800.00)
Web-site hosting fees ($140.00 per month or $1680.00 per year)
Final Alarm Ceremony ($4000.00 per year)
Park maintenance equipment ($10,000.00)
Normal operating expenses such as printing fees, utilities, telephone expenses, etc. ($15,000.00)

At tax time we encourage individuals to take advantage of the opportunity to make a donation to the WSFM by simply checking the Firefighter Memorial box on their Wisconsin income tax form.
All donors will be provided with an acknowledgement of their tax-deductible contribution for their tax records.

The Wisconsin State Firefighter's Memorial, Inc. was built and is being maintained by tax-deductible donations and hundreds of volunteers who help keep this beautiful memorial in pristine condition. The Wisconsin State Tax Form allows anyone from the State of Wisconsin to make a donation to the WSFM by simply checking the box on the last page of your tax form. If you do your own taxes by simply ...checking this box and denoting what you would like to donate to the memorial, this amount will come off your return or be added to what you owe in taxes. If someone else prepares your taxes please let them know that you would like to make a donation to the WSFM in an amount you choose. Any donations to the WSFM are tax-deductible and will help maintain this beautiful State Memorial. Thank you from the WSFM Board of Directors
