Refund Policy

WSFM Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, WSFM Inc. shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card. If a Legacy Stone purchase is delivered to the Park and includes incorrect engraving and it is determined to be an error on the part of the WSFM Inc., a new stone will be ordered to at no cost to the customer.Online donations made in support of the WSFM Inc. are nonrefundable.In the event that you are unable to attend a WSFM Inc. event, registration fees paid to the WSFM Inc. will not be refunded and will be treated as a donation.
