Wedding Reservations

The Gazebo area of the Wisconsin Fire & EMS Memorial Park may be reserved for weddings.  The donation amount for a reservation is $100.00.  A donation is not required if either person being married is a member of the fire service.

Please complete and return the signed form with payment.  Payment must be received prior to the date of the wedding in order for the reservation to be confirmed.  A copy of this form signed by a member of the Wisconsin Fire & EMS Memorial, Inc. Board of Directors will be returned by mail and is your receipt.

The Wisconsin Fire & EMS Memorial is a private park built and maintained entirely by donations.  No taxpayer funds are involved.  It is operated and managed by the Wisconsin Fire & EMS Memorial, Inc. Board of Directors.  This park occupies land leased from the City of Wisconsin Rapids and is open to the public.
